This policy explains what information Oscar Monje (“zeeroleekz”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use www.zeeroleekz.com, contact us, or call a phone number we operate — and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

“zeeroleekz” is a trade name (DBA) used by Oscar Monje, a sole proprietor operating in the State of Utah. Oscar Monje is the legal owner and operator of this website and of the text messaging programme described below.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and do the work:

Contact details — your name, phone number and email address, when you enter them in a form on this site or give them on a call.
What you tell us — the description of your business, your answers to our questionnaire, and anything else you write to us.
Call information — if you call a number we operate, we record the time, duration, the phone number you called from, and a summary or transcript of the call. Where a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call.
Basic technical information — your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted a form from, kept as a record of consent and to prevent abuse.

We do not collect payment card details. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe and your card details never reach us.

3. SMS and text messaging

This section describes our text messaging programme.

How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent. You give that consent by ticking the consent box on a form on this website and submitting it, or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with us. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
What we send. Replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates you have asked for, and occasional updates about our service.
How often. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You should not expect more than a handful of messages a month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email oscar@zeeroleekz.com, or call (801) 702-6911.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
To prepare and send estimates you have asked for.
To book, confirm and remind you about appointments.
To keep a record of the consent you gave, and when.
To improve how our service works, using the content of real enquiries.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not buy contact lists.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. They may process your information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us:

Twilio — telephone numbers and text message delivery.
Vapi — the voice assistant that answers calls.
Supabase — database hosting.
Resend — email delivery.
Cal.com — appointment booking.
Stripe — payment processing.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we are working with you and for up to three years afterwards. Records of consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them, so that we can prove we honoured your choice. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

7. Your choices

Text messages — reply STOP at any time.
Emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Access, correction or deletion — email oscar@zeeroleekz.com and we will action it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

8. Cookies

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language choice and to keep your place if you start our questionnaire. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

9. Children

This service is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting our text messaging programme will be notified to you before they take effect.
