Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of www.zeeroleekz.com, our services, and our text messaging programme. They are an agreement between you and Oscar Monje, a sole proprietor operating in the State of Utah and trading as “zeeroleekz” (“we”, “us”).
1. Text messaging programme
1.1 What the programme is
zeeroleekz sends text messages to people who have asked us to. Messages include replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates you have requested, and occasional updates about our service.
1.2 How you join
You join by giving express written consent. You do that by ticking the consent box on a form on this website and submitting it, or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
1.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You should not expect more than a handful of messages in a month.
1.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
1.5 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by giving consent again.

1.7 Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
1.8 Supported carriers
The programme is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1.9 Privacy
How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy. In particular: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
2. Our service
zeeroleekz provides an answering and intake service for small trade businesses: answering calls you cannot take, capturing job details, preparing estimates from a price list you supply, and booking appointments into your calendar.
Estimates are estimates. Any price range produced by our system is built from the price list you provide and the information the caller gives. It is not a binding quotation, and final pricing is confirmed by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the price list you give us.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and keep your price list up to date.
- Only forward numbers you own or are authorised to use.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
- Comply with applicable law when you use the service, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and your state's call recording laws.
4. Fees and cancellation
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
- There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Fees already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Any one-time setup fee is payable before setup begins and is non-refundable once setup work has started.
5. Call recording
Where calls are recorded, callers are notified at the start of the call. Some states, including California, require the consent of all parties to a recorded call. You are responsible for confirming that the recording settings we configure for you are lawful where your customers are located.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — telephone carriers, hosting providers and others — whose outages are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
